How we work

From first message to live product.

No black-box agency process. Four stages, 2-week sprints, and a written report every week so you always know exactly where your project stands.

  1. Day 1

    Discovery Call

A free 30-minute call within 24 hours of your message. We ask honest questions about the problem, budget and timeline — no sales pitch, no pressure.

  2. Day 2–3

    Fixed Proposal

A written proposal with exact scope, sprint plan, timeline and price, signed before a single line of code is written. No hourly billing, no scope creep by default.

  3. Week 1+

    Agile Sprints

Work happens in 2-week sprints: plan, build, demo, adjust. You get a working demo and a written report every single sprint, plus direct Slack access throughout.

  4. Final Sprint

    Launch + Support

We deploy to production, monitor closely, and fix bugs free for 30 days. Source code and IP are yours in full — we don't disappear after the invoice clears.

Inside a sprint

How a 2-week sprint actually runs.

  • Day 1: sprint planning — we confirm exactly what ships this cycle
  • Days 2–9: build, with async Slack updates as things land
  • Day 10: live demo of working software, not slides
  • Day 10: written report covering progress, blockers and next sprint's plan
Communication

You always know where things stand.

  • Direct Slack channel with the team, not a single account manager
  • Weekly written report, even in quiet sprints
  • Fixed price agreed upfront — change requests are scoped and priced before they're added
  • Avnish personally reachable for anything that needs a decision-maker

Process FAQ

What if I need to change scope mid-project?

Scope changes are normal — we handle them as a change request with a clear price and timeline impact before anything is added, so there are no surprise invoices.

What if I'm not happy with a sprint demo?

You give feedback right there and it goes into the next sprint's plan. Because we ship every 2 weeks, misalignment gets caught early instead of at the very end.

Do I own the code?

Yes. Once the project is paid in full, all source code and IP transfer to you with no lock-in.

What happens after launch?

We monitor the deployment and fix bugs free for 30 days. Many clients then move to an ongoing support or hosting arrangement, but there's no obligation to.
