How much does a project cost? −

How long does a project take? −
Websites 3–6 weeks, mobile apps 8–16 weeks, AI integrations 2–6 weeks, custom software 6–14 weeks. All projects run on 2-week sprint cycles — see our process page for how that works.
Do you work outside Newmarket? +
Yes. Headquartered in Newmarket, Ontario, serving Canada, the USA and the UK — fully remote comfortable, with team members across three countries and time zones.
What if I only have an idea? +

How is this different from a freelancer? +

Do you sign NDAs? +
Absolutely — a mutual NDA before the discovery call for sensitive projects. Just mention it when you reach out.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance after launch? +
Yes. Every project includes 30 days of free bug fixes after launch, and most clients move to an ongoing support, hosting, or agile PM retainer afterward — never required, always available.
How do payments work? +
Milestone-based: a deposit to start, with the remainder split across sprints as work is delivered. No large lump sum upfront, and no invoice surprises since scope is fixed in the proposal.
Can I start with a small project first? +
Yes — many clients start with a smaller, focused engagement (a single AI agent, a landing page) before committing to a larger build. It's a good way to test how we work together.
